This one claims to do 120Hz: https://www.amazon.com/HDMI-EDID-Emulator-Passthrough-Fix/dp/B09L75S22Y
Took me like 5 seconds.
Someone here also has a thread about a PS5 and 120Hz with an EDID emulator they found or used: https://www.reddit.com/r/BenQ/comments/jx17lw/solution_for_ps5_120hz_issue/
Not sure if it'll be possible to get 4K@120Hz as EDID emulator, but there must be ways.
Here is a dummy plug for 4K@120hz: https://www.amazon.com/Woieyeks-Emulator-3840x2160-Emulator%EF%BC%888K-Supported%EF%BC%89/dp/B0BX3YKM1T/ref=sr_1_2?crid=15NG3ZR6C1WIX&keywords=edid%2Bemulator%2Bhdmi%2B2.1&qid=1679858786&s=electronics&sprefix=edid%2Bemulator%2Bhdmi%2B2.%2Celectronics%2C147&sr=1-2&th=1 yeah not what you are looking for but I guess something can be done with this + Parsec and something else.
4K@60Hz is what most EDID emulators seem to be able to do right now :(
