T5HO are WAY better and provide better uvb for your Cham. There is a possibility for MBD to develop with these lights from not enough UVB. Here is a link to a good fixture. Know that with this fixture it’s common to have it come broken, but amazon is good with returns but it’s still annoying and an issue you’ll have to deal with if you buy it online. Amazon has the best prices for it though, it could range above $80 at most brick and mortar store. You will want to replace the bulb every 2-3 months or buy a solarmeter to test uvb levels to know when exactly you need to change. I recommend buying an Arcadia 12% bulb when you need to replace it (it comes with a Zoo med bulb)
