They are a little long but it's not too bad. Get some thicker natural wood perches and some flat platform perches. You can also get an edible calcium perch to help keep nails trim.

If the pedicure perch you ordered has sand all around it, your budgie won't really enjoy it and it could hurt their feet. Pedicure perches should have a smooth side like this: -plastic- or this: -wood-

In an extreme case, their nails can be easily trimmed manually with regular nail clippers but it's best you have someone show you how to do it like a vet, groomer, or experienced bird owner. Budgie nails have a blood supply called a "quick" and if it gets cut, your budgie would be in pain and bleed.
