I haven’t started Accutane yet, but for rashes look into hypochlorous acid. I use this one. It can be a little drying so I sometimes follow with moisturizer (wait for it to evaporate completely before putting anything over it though). It’s so soothing and it helps the body with healing. I find it especially effective for burning or itching. For lips, have you tried something with cortisone? A lot of people like Dr. Dan’s Cortibalm when nothing else helps their lips on Accutane. Long term steroid use will thin your skin but a couple weeks (of even heavy use) should be fine. I plan to use it as needed to heal and then stop it until I need it again. For nose bleeds, try AYR moisturizing saline solution (or a comparable generic) and put Vaseline or Aquaphor up your nose before bed (and throughout the day if possible). Because you’re struggling with dryness everywhere, I think you’d really benefit from using a humidifier in your bedroom at night
I was awful at about 8 months. That time for me was around the holidays, and they really were rough because I normally have a strict diet and I was staying with my parents, who have three cats.
Eating an anti inflammatory diet helps me and red light therapy REALLY helps. I'm also exercising more, which is also helpful. I do NMT, but the RLT has helped the most.
Make sure your home/space is free of dust and other allergens and make sure you're using safe detergents and shampoos, etc. I know it seems simple but our skin is sooo sensitive from being thinned and "forgetting" how to handle inflammation that so many things can trigger it. My diet really helps me too, but I have some mild food allergies. I also cut simple sugars and that helps. I've also found that NMT can sometimes cause more harm than good if we're too strict with it because of bacterial overgrowth, at least for me. I have an antimicrobial spray that instantly gets rid of an itch (most times) and helps stop the growth of bacteria (https://www.amazon.com/SkinSmart-ANTIMICROBIAL-oz-Clear-Hypochlorous-ingredients/dp/B01N0O0TV7). I don't use lotions or wet my face with water. I only use the spray when I am really itchy.
