The Grace panel is ok for $100. Harbor Frieght, Northern Tool, Renogy, all too expensive. I just got 275 watt panels for $104 each but they require an expensive controller. Point is 100 watt panels should cost $75 or less. So, one for $100 isn't horrible.
Get this controller, I use one for a portable car/motorcycle/tractor charger. It's ok: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00KWWSCJC/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1497659613&sr=8-3&pi=AC_SX236_SY340_QL65&keywords=30a+solar+controller&dpPl=1&dpID=41kZjIV-2JL&ref=plSrch
Get a single Walmart deep cycle battery. They may not expose the amp hour rating these days but their biggest one is 114AH and costs about $100 with a 2 year free replacement warranty. I've used several. They're ok.
The inverter is harder, I power a cabin on a 600 watt Xantrex prowatt true sine but it might not run your computer - -1000 watts probably will.
That said I also use a $40 Schumacher 400 watt modified sine wave inverter to sometimes run tv's, coffee grinder, small drill press, cordless battery chargers, etc etc.
Thats less than $300 and I've done it, it works.
