I was a very projected 32G before my BMX. I'm a very shallow 34G with tissue expanders currently (I prefer a looser band now). I think my breasts look a lot smaller than they used to because of how the volume distribution is different. Literally no friend or coworker has commented on my boob size. Hopefully yours are equally kind, if they notice at all!

I've enjoyed these bras from Amazon. I usually take the molded cups out, but when I have them in, they create a very natural looking shape imo.
