This decision is very easy.

An Apple Keyboard + Shuttle Pro = All you will ever need.

This Apple keyboard is the best I have ever used. Flat, low profile, short press for buttons. I use this even on a PC. The Shuttle Pro is used all over the place. Just search this sub for a whole stack of raving opinions.

Every 'dedicated' editing keyboard I've ever used has been garbage. Stickers or coverings ruin key feel and actually slow you down. There's one with a jog wheel that seems like it'd be useful, but the wheel has a terrible feel and lousy drivers. What's worse, the arrow keys, arguably some of an editors most used keys, are microscopic!

Get dependable hardware and learn the keys. It won't take long.
