Vamped I read this before the whole True Blood/Twilight/vampire diaries, vampires everywhere thing happened. I remember this book fondly and loved it. Kinda Children of Men meets vampires.

Any of the Billy Chaka Adventures by Isaac Adamson! Tokyo Suckerpunch is the first, followed by my favorite Hokkaido Popsicle, then Dreaming Pachinko and Kinki Lullaby. They are mysterious, funny, and Billy Chaka is a hopeless hero. Super casual reading, I think I read each book in a day or two. Fun adventure and keeps you guessing!
