Oh man, I use my wishlist as a "I think I want this but I'm not sure" list in addition to a regular wishlist for family to peruse forthe holidays and my birthday (please don't judge me--they insist on it. I think it's silly and would be happy with notes and cards and things like "free babysitting" coupons but whatever.) Currently on my list is a bra, a Go Girl, some organizing supplies, and ton of stuff in my china pattern. The china is the only "gifty" thing on there right now.
Alright, I know you asked about Amazon specifically but I'm going to offer up a variety of items, most of them didn't come from Amazon but these are all pretty cheap and might be able to help you.
Limb Care
Salve 1
Adaptskin 50 - comes in a little jar, you rub a little dab of it on your hot spots, kind of a lube for your chassis Use this in the morning, you don't need it every day, just when you have a hot spot Sometimes I'll put it on pre-emptively before going to the gym
'A little goes a long way!' or 'A little dab'll do ya!' :-)
Salve 2
This is their version of Adaptskin, I have both so I can compare but haven't opened this one yet as I haven't used up the other one yet
Lotion
Amazing lotion for you stump, put on just before going to sleep overnight I have since discovered GoldBond lotion which is awesome (and cheaper), so I'm not 100% sure if I will reorder this once it runs out
Anti-Perspirant
https://amputeestore.com/products/alps-antiperspirant-spray?variant=4114711873
Spray your stump so you don't sweat as much in the summer, doesn't seem to do much for me but YMMV My Prosthetist says regular antiperspirant (Rightguard, etc.) works just as well, 'if you can spary it on your armpit, you can spray it on your leg'
Prosthetic Repair
Aquarium Sealer
Another tip from my Prosthetist, you can use this to patch small holes or tears in your liner, it can tide you over until your insurance/FSA resets etc., take with you on vacation and overseas
Loctite and Allen Wrench
if something comes loose or you want to make an adjustment, take with you on vacation and overseas
Water Sports
I love the water so here are some things that help there...
Tether for the Nether Deep
rope - tie around your waist and then around your prosthetic, I went to Home Depot and got about two arm spread's worth of it
After a vacation in Hawai'i I upgraded to a surfing leash, attach one end to your wrist, thread it inside your wetsuit, then down to the 'ankle' of your prosthesis
Use these when tubing, canoeing, snorkeling, surfing, wakeboarding, etc.
The last thing you want is to have your leg come loose in the water. Ask me how I know.... :-)
I also use the rope in the bathroom while showering, I like it hot and steamy so I close the door but not all the way tie the rope around the doorknob so I can pull the door open after my shower to let the steam begin to escape while I am toweling off
Shin Fins
These are from Australia so shipping and delivery time can be a pain. The guy didn't invent them for amputees, he just believes humans use flippers the wrong way. :-) Anyways, I use these for SCUBA diving. I almost never use my leg when diving so this helps to balance my sound leg.
Swim Glove
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00070QEJO
swim glove - use it in the lap pool and when scuba diving or snorkeling helps to make up for not having two proper fins
And last but not least....
Pee Bottle
I've tried the official ones from FSA Store but they suck go to the grocery store, get some Simply Orange in the juice section, high pulp is the best 52 fl oz, 1.53L for the Europeeans drink the orange juice, rinse it with water and soap, keep it by the bedside overnight
ladies may need to add this to the mix:
