I got quoted yesterday for glass replacement at $140.

The pro kit has a comment that has some great advice, and i believe there are some videos. I have the phone insurance, and for $100 i can get a replacement. I can keep the old phone too for a small (compared to a new phone) fee. So i think i'll give the glass repair kit a go as long as there is no legal crap associated with the fee.
