I have spoken with amazon's customer service multiple times now and have gotten no where.

I would like to bring your attention to my discussion with amazon's customer service, their false advertising of the iron sparrow, and their ignorance regarding pre-orders.

First, The customer service reps have told me multiple times that they sparrow was never included with the pre-order.

Second, There is proof that amazon did advertise the sparrow as a pre-order bonus, one day before the expnasion released.

Third, I have been told multiple times that the sparrow was a gamestop exclusive; however, this is not the case as shown in the fine print of the video below.

Please do not let this go unnoticed. Many players expected to receive the sparrow and are upset.
