Most deck boxes from reputable brands hold 100+ double-sleeved cards these days. I'm surprised to hear you've had bad luck. It's also important to know, how many tokens and extra cards are you carrying?

Ultra Pro is a fine brand, through not my favorite. The Eclipse 100+ deck box I have can hold 114 double-sleeved cards. Honestly, I don't like it. But it's a plastic box and it hold cards. Amazon TCGplayer Card Kingdom

My personal favorite brand is Ultimate Guard. They make two very popular deck boxes, the Sidewinder 100+ and the Boulder 100+. I really like the Sidewinder, but it's more expensive. The ones I have can hold 104 double-sleeved cards. Amazon TCGplayer (Didn't see a listing on CK? Weird.)

I'm split on the Boulder. The original, translucent Boulder is disgusting. All of the ones my friends have and all the ones I've seen have this frosted coating on them then flakes off just by touching it. The flakes look like dandruff and get everywhere for weeks! It's gross. I can't suggest the original Boulder.

However! The new "Return to Earth" Boulders are amazing! They're as solid as a rock and have no problems! Mine also holds 104 double-sleeved cards. Amazon TCGplayer Card Kingdom
