AE on PC is the exact same game as on console. There are definitely more players on XBL but the game is identical.
That stick looks a little weird to me though. I have no idea what kind of parts it has, and the button layout looks a little wacky. Check out the WWE Brawl for a good beginner stick.

Brawlsticks are cheap MadCatz sticks that were made for people that didn't want to spend over 80 bucks on a stick without ever playing on one. The TvC stick and the SF4 Standard Edition stick are also in this category.
We call them Modsticks because the stock parts are cheap and people change the stock parts for better parts. Modding them is super easy so it's a great first stick for beginners.
However, as you can see on the link, people are selling these sticks for over 70$, which is way overpriced. In my opinion, you could save a bit more and get a TE or just go for a 150$ Hori stick.
Thanks! Right now it is still the leading choice. The only other comparable stick I can really find is the WWE Brawl Stick that would work for the 360 but I will probably end up with the Q1
ok this is kinda hard for me because i´m not in the best mood and hung-over...so i keep it simple and just say my opinion.
you can go keyboard...and it works with a lot of fighting games....but it´s crappy for most of them...so please dont
you can get a madcatz pad....it works well with all fighting games...but it´s pretty useless for every other game...you could get a xbox360 controller...it makes a lot of multi platform games with crappy pc controlls a lot more enjoyable...but the dpad SUCKS hard..so not optimal either...
You could get a stick...and im not saying that its the "only real" option... but lets face it..its the fun one...the nostalic feeling and sound is just the best...its useless for every other genre out there...but man fighting games just get so much more enjoyable for me with a stick..
so do yourself a favour and spend some cash on a stick!
the ps3 one works with pc and is really cheap...its a beginner one that will probably break within a year or two..BUT..its EASY to mod and replace broken parts with high quality versions..thats the best deal out there right now (i know it looks awefull...get over it..) if you want to get in on that special feeling of a stick and not pay loads of money...get it...im serious..get it...thats 40 bucks ...and if a button or the stick stops working in a year or two...get ALL the high quality stuff for like 50 bucks...and upgrade that thing to the levels of a 300 bucks stick...do it...just do it..why are you not doing it...do it...
Get this instead, its the same price. I have one and it's no TE but it's pretty decent, and the best you will get for this price. You can also mod in good parts and custom art.
