Absolute worst case, you could get a second fogger and have both of them operate on a smart timer for half the day each?

I like the Kasa ones because they monitor electrical consumption as well and from a reliable company. There's other brands, some individual outlets, some with just 3. Expect to pay $10ish per controlled outlet. The ability to set individual timers for lights/misters and also to do an emergency shutdown remotely in case a thermostat goes wrong is well worth it.
I use a Kasa strip - the US version has more outlets tho… https://www.tp-link.com/uk/home-networking/smart-plug/kp303/
Much better US version https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G95FFN3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_dl_69KFP114MPRFDHN5JFPB?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
Not sure about OCTO print control but all you have to do is use your voice to say what you want https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07G95FFN3/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_imm_5M5TBSN07BTZVDDK25DF?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
I have two cabinets side by side. Both have two holes, one in bottom corner, one in top, since I wasn’t sure where I’d be running cords (used wire grommet covers to block excess space). I made sure the top holes were on outside corners (right hand cabinet has hole on right, etc). Honesty I don’t run anything out of the bottom holes. If I did, it would just be the humidifier cords, but since all of the lights come out the top I run humidifier cords through the top, too.
One thing you may want to consider is what/where you are plugging your gadgets into… I have 2 cabinets worth of gadgets, plus plants on top of both that have their own lights hanging from the ceiling and another humidifier. Most are hooked up to a smart power strip so I can set schedules and control everything remotely. The power strip is in a cable-hiding box on top so, yeah, bottom holes were pointless for me and I wish I would have thought of it before hand. However if you do need a power strip and the one you have is short, it may not stretch to the top of the cabinet without daisy chaining, so bottom could make more sense.
Also consider your shortest gadget cord… If the humidifier cord is the shortest and it sits in the bottom shelf, it might be easier to cut the hole in the bottom and cable manage the lights downward.
Honestly, lots of unexpected trial and error on my end and still not fully happy with the current set up quiet yet.
