Yeah, it's more a romance than erotica. There's explicit sex, but only two or three times in two books, but Captive Prince was way better than I thought it would be (I wrote about it here). The set up: betrayal, slavery, and royalty is not something I'm usually into. But the writing was so damn good that even when I hated (HATED!) the main characters, I had to keep reading, I was enthralled.
