You can either look up recipes on the internet (I know you have an internet connection - you posted here) or you can trial and error. I personally prefer trial and error, because I grew up in the era before the internet (and crock pots, believe it or not). Did your crock pot come with a recipe book? Do you have an Amazon Prime account where you can upload tons of free crockpot cookbooks? Can you Google crock pot shredded chicken tacos (my favorite - seriously do this one before complaining to the mods about my shitpost)?! This is one of hundreds of recipes. Also, ridiculously easy. Use your imagination, use your internet. That's what it's there for.

Basic recipe: Chicken breast, chicken broth (I use Knorr Chicken Flavor Base, taco seasoning, Sriracha (also available at your local WalMart) is optional for a spicy tang. Finish like a traditional taco. Extra spicy peppers are better.
