That style (surely not these particular ones else they'd emphasize being polarized, and they do seem kinda cheap/poorly made, so I'd not even trust they block UV A & B), from my local dispensing optician, a common stock item amongst dispensing opticians locally. Offered in 3 sizes (I go with medium).
Mine (not all are) are: polarizing (hugely glare blocking), and, both UV A & B blocking (I had a 2nd optometrist double check this). If you've two, you can turn them so that they block essentially 100% of all light (as a check that they are indeed polarized).
I got a matching yellow tinted one (UV A & B blocking) for cloudy days (more social) not polarized. Clouds do NOT appreciably block UV.
