you need an active adapter like this one https://www.amazon.com/FOINNEX-Converter-Computer-Projector-Portable/dp/B07121Y1Z3?th=1
I haven't used that specific brand but had one like it a while ago. It was OK at best... User may complain about fuzzy images on that screen
I could take a look at the ports. VGA is a bit of a gamble and suboptimal compared to other options, but any cheap adapter should work well enough. VGA is unfortunately a really old video output port though (originally designed in 1987 vs 1999 for DVI and 2002 for HDMI), so it isn't officially supported by Wacom anymore. It is pretty much assumed that everyone has HDMI nowadays, and even if people are still running an old computer without HDMI, the older DVI video output can convert directly to HDMI. Displayport is becoming more frequent nowadays too, and although that doesn't directly work with HDMI the same way DVI does, it is still a digital output so it is relatively easy to convert compared to VGA. If you only have VGA though, it is still much better than nothing.
