I would order today or tomorrow if you want to buy one this month. I got mine last year around this time from Amazon. I placed my order before it was back in stock but I remember it shipped before the date it said it would be in stock, and the day it said it would be in stock it actually went back out of stock. So TL;DR, order it now.

It seems like the K1 (as well as the world charger, if you're interested) is available for international/global shipping so you should be good.
