As far as tabs go this the one I use: black widow 3

I like it a lot though I may chop off the little bit on the top find I kinda annoying. I also shoot 3 under so if you plan on shooting Mediterranean style then you may want to get s split finger tab.

It's nice for just a cheap thing on Amazon, but the straps do untie really easily. Great for a beginner till you get to a point where you stop smacking your arm.
