How are hurting your fingers? Are you crimping them manually? If you don't have a basic crimping tool or a ratcheting crimping tool, I'd suggest one of those or both. Depending on if you're working with .110 or .187 connectors you might need a specific size of the tool.
I picked up these uxcell 2.8mm and 4.8mm quick disconnects and had no trouble crimping them with the proper tools.

I appreciate the replies. With this crimper, and the $11 connectors assortment, it would be about $30 total. That sounds like it would be worth it.
I got a crimper last year for "general" larger connectors. Like spade connectors, etc. It's awesome, now my connections are quick, secure, and tight, and I don't accidentally cut the wire during the process. Seeing how helpful that was, it would probably be nice to be able to do that for little connectors too.
