I just picked up the wolf claws for a family get together where I made pulled chicken. The initial shred is pretty awesome but it definitely takes some effort to get them fine shredded like a fork. I was going for bigger chunks for the sandwiches so a little fork action after turned everything perfect. I made another batch and didn't use them because a fork was faster for such a small amount. One of the main reasons I got the claws though was for pork, specifically getting the shoulder out of the cooker to shred but I cant comment on how well that works because I've only had them a few days.
