Can't help you much here, just wanted to share in venting. While I'm happy Lightfoot offers that round pegbar, their shipping policy drives me crazy. Even in the US I had to spend ~$10 for them to mail a lightweight plastic pegbar in a tiny envelope to me. I called to try to set up an optional shipping method but they were pretty set in their way. Unfortunately I couldn't find anywhere else that caries them. I ended up getting together some friends (if you know any students in an animation class that's a good place to start) to split shipping costs on a large order.
Additionally, since you're going the round pegbar route, I want to warn you that many three hole punches (generally the cheaper ones) don't actually punch an accurate 1/4" hole. They're generally a bit larger, so the paper will wiggle around (not very useful for animation). I'd recommend trying some out before committing. What I ended up using was a paper drill -- I think the one I bought is discontinued, but it's the same idea as this but with three drills. The holes are a perfect 1/4" and fit nice and snug on the pegbar.
