If you could point me in the direction of some CW LEDs and some RGB LEDs that are a little more pricey but will definitely last me I wouldn't mind paying the extra as long as they would work with Wi-Fi adapters like this so that I could have it all on the Magic Home App.

It depends on how the LEDs are configured. If they are in the form of low voltage (5 or 12V typically) LED tape with built in resistors, you could use this. If they are in series strings, you need 3 high voltage constant current drivers in addition to the Alexa interface.
