I have not. I have used something similar: I have [this setup](https://www.amazon.ca/Avantree-Wireless-Transmitter-Bluetooth-Headphones/dp/B073WW3SLG) on my TV audio out so anything I use on the TV has bluetooth out. I use that receiver with my headphones, and my wife uses [these headphones](https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01A0EAYDI/), and we can turn off the speakers to watch stuff when my kid is in bed.

I would guess the USB is slightly better quality and slightly lower latency, but don't have any eperience with that part. The Avantree LL stuff is good in general though.
