As for Algae, I also purchased the following 8 oz jar of Spirulina Powder from Amazon about a year ago, as well.
Amazon - Brine Shrimp Direct - Spirulina Powder: https://www.amazon.com/Brine-Shrimp-Direct-Spirulina-Powder/dp/B07RVCVL79/
I purchased a couple 16 oz mason jars, which I add a couple teaspoons of the spirulina powder to, before sprinkling in some yeast. I then fill the remainder of the mason jar with hot water, screw on the lid and shake the hell out of it, to mix it up.
From there, I place the jar, containing my spirulina/yeast mix into the refrigerator.
I feed my Sea Monkeys the spirulina/yeast mix, maybe once per week. The other days, I’ll add a few drops of Seachem Phytoplankton, which they love.

However, I’m considering switching to OceanMagik brand Live Phytoplankton blend.

I have also been looking at Mercer of Montana Live Phytoplankton Culture Kit, for he purpose of growing my own.

If anyone is interested is culturing their own phytoplankton, you can check out the different options, in the Mercer of Montana Etsy Store, which I will link below.
