It has a resolution of 0.0001g (0.1mg), but accuracy and resolution are two different things. It will be accurate within a few tenths of a milligram. If I'm weighing out a 10mg dose of 2C-B, for instance, the actual weight may be between 9.8-10.2mg, which is close enough for me. This is the scale I have.
