For 20$, I'll give a try to replace my wifi card to Intel 9260
I would recommend getting a non-usb version. I've had issues using USB adapters with range and etc.. Not to mention in certain fast paced games like mario kart or smash when using 4 controllers some signal lost or delay happening. Also bluetooth 4.0 is pretty old at this point.
I'd recommend this PCIE add in card, fairly cheap but not as cheap as a usb bluetooth adapter. Range is absolutely killer and its bluetooth 5.0 and works great on Cemu emulator with 8 controllers playing Wii U smash.
These are the two things you need....
This is the chip that enables bluetooth

These are the wireless antennas which give amazing range.

Strongly suggest you avoid the AX series WIFI cards, they have random manufacturing issues. Instead try this one: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079QH5KW1/
Still gets 1.6ish GBPS over wifi, far more reliable card and works great on Linux, for a measly $13. Just make sure your PCIe key matches before you order one.
I installed the Intel 9260 No vPro without issue in my XPS 9570. I did see that the colors/labels were swapped so I matched the connector used for Main on the old Killer WiFi card to the Main connection (disregarding the colors). Is there any reason why you chose the vPro model? Not sure if this requires a specific chipset.
