US Amazon has these - https://www.amazon.com/Creality-Printer-Stepper-Limited-Endstop/dp/B08BG1RNYC - which state for the Ender 5 and Pro so they should fit. Not sure if you can get those in the UK or not though :(

Best bet would be to make your own cables. Buy a kit with the connectors your need and a crimper, plus of course wire, then you could make any cable you ever needed!
