Avoid SanDisk Fit drives like the plague for FreeNAS. I went through at least four on FN9 before giving up and dropping in an old SSD for my boot volume.

Those Kingston drives with the metal case are supposed to be pretty decent due to the increased heat dissipation; can anyone verify?
