You get 2. I went to PT after I got them and the therapist said these were fine for grade 1! She did say they're still not as good as medical grade ones. I've had them for a few days now and I've noticed a difference, especially after she gave me that massage, I feel like they kept my arm from swelling again.

I know you can apply for grants to help pay for lymphedema supplies, maybe look into that? I'm lucky, my parents helped me pay for the more expensive sleeve. If you have a support network maybe see if a couple people will throw you 10 bucks to help reduce the cost. It's ridiculous insurance doesn't cover these.
