Been up for months, along with Ultraseven X - Complete Series and Ultraman Mebius Complete Series + 4 Movies. Still no price drop, but $12.99 isn't bad at all.

To be fair, Ultraman Mebius Complete Series + 4 Movies is coming out before these on 24 May.
