I love Ethique's Nectar Lip Balm. It's effectively a solid lotion bar in lip balm form, but glides on easily. There's no added fragrance and no particularly pungent ingredients. (I'll note that it has a smell because I've discovered that everything has a smell, even unscented and fragrance free stuff. If I stick my nose right up next to it I can detect a mild waxy smell, but I don't notice anything when I use it normally.)
