The cable does not care or have 'compatible' questions, its only the connector that matters.
The TV coax will have an F connector, so you just need to adapt it.... Since you are going to run an LNA (yes, you are _going_ to run one, no question), then really its a matter of going from your SO239 to the LNA and from the LNA to the TV coax.

Then from the SO239 female (Assuming your antenna has a male plug - you never mentioned) you will need this:

Hmm (and phew..), i just checked amazon and the Sawbird+Goes is being described as a 137Mhz filter. And indeed the Sawbird Goes (notice the missing '+') is for 1688Mhz So there are two different models.

(Sorry for amazon spam, just wanted to point out my findings)

And i do have a Nooelec model that supports bias-t, actually the first one i got had a broken output and i returned it for a working one. I did get radiostation in at 100.4Mhz when i was testing the broken one so i guess it is near the frequency needed.
