Generally, ones with Sanwa parts (buttons, joystick) are the go-to. Top brands tend to be Mad Catz and Hori. If you want cross-platform sticks, Qanba does the job.

I ordered a Mad Catz Soul Edition stick ($100, but basically a "TE" or "Tournament Edition," basically the industry standard stick in that price range) though it arrived DOA and Amazon refused to pay return shipping for the RMA, which as you can imagine pissed me off to no end.

I ended up pestering Amazon until they relented and sent me a HORI Real Arcade Pro (HRAP as they're called, $130) with free overnight shipping and a big discount. I goddamn love the HORI stick so much. I would highly recommend it. HORI Real Arcade Pro

Something like that is what you want. Make sure it works for PC as well. It should. Mine is an older version and does. Rock solid.
