I think what @BostonBestEats meant was that the APO will do anything an immersion circulator will do but many things an immersion circulator won't do too. Using the APO as a toaster isn't practical, as the cook time is 8 mins.

Is it possible to get her an actual toaster? I have a Dash Clear View which I love.Toaster
