What are your thoughts on this Kamrui AK1 Pro for $170? Intel N5105, 8GB DDR4, 256GB M.2 SSD.
I'm trying to decide between that and this Beelink Mini S (Intel N5095, 8GB DDR4, 128GB SSD) for $152.
You bolded the Mini S up top so that at least made me feel like I wasn't totally off base considering that one for a budget Linux box that will likely run some security camera NVR software like Frigate NVR off of it, and I would like to have an M.2 slot I can use for a potential Coral TPU M.2 card, but I could also do their USB version.
Honestly now that I'm writing this up I feel like the Kamrui AK1 is worth the extra $18 for me – M.2 slot I can potentially use for a Coral TPU card (would have to sacrifice using M.2 SSD but I'm okay with that). Plus the the CPU benchmark scores seem the indicate that the N5105 is a smidge better than the N5095 but perhaps more importantly for an always-on device, it seems to be more energy efficient.
I'm new to these mini PCs so would love your thoughts. I'm used to low-power boards like raspberry pis and full-sized desktops/laptops, so I'm struggling to accurately value/price these mini PCs.
