If you're gonna get a dual model, look for one with a large single dividable basket as opposed to two smaller separate baskets. Instant makes one:
You gain a lot more flexibility that way - I've slipped entire 9" pie shells into my dividable CruxGG air fryer.
Keep in mind, on US 120V outlets you aren't gonna get the kind of searing heat in one of these large air fryers you can achieve in smaller models if you're running both sides of the large fryer simultaneously. Mine craps out at around 350 degrees when running both sides at once.
However, if you opt to run a side at at time, or run one side for 30 minutes to cook some meat, and run both just for the final 8 minutes or whatever to cook a companion veg on the other side while finishing the meat, they work well. Mine can reach 450 when running one side at a time.
