Right now I use a $25 rack I got on Amazon from an off brand company. I don't remember the name. Its cheap but has held up fine hauling jugs of water and groceries for over a year. I attached a milk crate to the top of it using bolts and 8 inch metal brackets from Walmart.
The rack I have now feels cheap but it is secure and has never given me problems. I had another rack from Amazon that cost about $80. It felt stronger and looked nicer but I got the same results. For what you want to carry, you don't need a good one. Just make sure that the rack has rods that attach to the rear fork or frame instead of just the seatpost.
Edit: This is what I use now or at least this looks just like it. https://www.amazon.com/West-Biking-Universal-Adjustable-Reflective/dp/B0154OMGIK/ref=mp_s_a_1_1_sspa?keywords=rear+bike+rack&qid=1657030641&sr=8-1-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUEyVDBFQzVOQ0RMTlBPJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwOTY0NTA3MlkwTUI2OVVIMjlIUCZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwMDg4MjQ1M01OTlgzMDFZWU5HUiZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX3Bob25lX3NlYXJjaF9hdGYmYWN0aW9uPWNsaWNrUmVkaXJlY3QmZG9Ob3RMb2dDbGljaz10cnVl
