What do you guys think about this?

There's a lot of variables outside of the TV. My AVR wouldn't connect at all even though everything around it would. This fixed it: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MR90E3A/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 (wifi extender).

Move your modem/router closer to the TV and see if that helps, if so, you need an extender.
