Get you some shoe-boxes https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DFBSTFR and then get you some coir https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B06W9F7XDY/ and spawn your colonized grain to it.

I do a lot of 6 quart similar to: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07DFBSTFR/ they just tend to be easier to deal with all around. I do roughly 1.5/2:1 ratio sub to spawn using 1 "quart" of spawn.

I also do some 15 quarts something like: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07XD76WF9/ with pretty much the same setup but using 2 "quarts" of spawn.

I say "spawn" because it's never a full quart in reality, more like 700-800ml.
