It is the one I have ordered for my Mega Zero. As long as the mounting screws fit, and it is 12V, it will work on a Mega Zero. Since the Mega Zero is knobs and springs, you can adjust Z=0 really easily. If it is too long, just raise the Z limit switch a bit. If it is too short, just lower the Z limit switch a bit.

You will have to cut the plugs off of the old one and splice them into the new one. Just use these to connect them:

These work really well. I use them all of the time for all of my electronics. They are available in many different wire gage sizes.
