My Voxelab is 1\3 Creality now. I've been using the 12$ Creality extruder that looks like the stock plastic one with no problems. Changed the brass gear for a steel one. Added the silicone spacers in place of the bed springs. Added a Creality BLtouch for abl. Don't have bad leveling issues now.
That one will work with the Ender 5 Plus. If the parts shown in the images are correct, it does not include a spring tensioner, unlike most other metal extruders.
I went with the Creality branded aluminum extruder. It looks almost identical to the one you linked except that it's a matte silver color. It does have a spring tensioning mechanism and is available in a kit that includes authentic Capricorn tubing and replacement bed springs or as a separate item.
If you're sticking with bowden which I recommend for a little while, you should just get the metal replacement one in either the single or dual gear. I ran the single gear for a while but after doing some speed improvements I wanted the dual gear to prevent the slippage that felt like was happening.
Also you should probably replace the bowden in the hot end with capricorn, at least that portion. You can look up the Luke Hatfield/CHEP hot end fix, there's a good video by CHEP. Print all 3 sizes of the little washers before you take anything apart though. I stuck with the stock tube the rest of the way and the higher temp capricorn inside the hot end.
I’ve got this one and I enjoy it. There’s some red ones that are slightly cheaper on Amazon too that function the same. Some people swear by the dual gear extruders but I’ve just never used those.
Here is the kit I ordered from Amazon. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07WHYBVJ5/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_i_J0R1KPW5DFQHSWRJBF33?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
This is the cheapest replacement, and it lines up with all the holes:
