Or...
What I did in my hybrid Sienna is I got this DC-DC converter to limit the amount of amps my system pulls at a time. https://www.amazon.com/Orion-Tr-12-30A-Isolated-Charger-Booster/dp/B07ZKG396Y
I use that to charge my Goal Zero Yeti 1000x. It runs my fridge 24-7 as long as I drive every few days. It can run the 40w fridge, 700w microwave, and 700w teapot all at the same time! And without turning on the car.
It also has a built in 600w mppt solar charger and a 120 watt AC charger brick.
