I use period underwear (with a panty liner on my heavy days) with my cup for peace of mind. I found these on Amazon last year and they are great for back up. Be warned that they are total granny panties...but they are cheap and they work!

I got the Funcy brand off Amazon and they've worked well for me. I've never had any other brand so I'm inexperienced, but I like them. They do make some noise during movement if you're not wearing bottoms that are snug on your bottom. So, I can hear I them while I'm walking with my pants off or wearing loose lounge shorts. Can't hear them with jeans or leggings or yoga pants. But I've heard that's just something that comes with the territory of period underwear.
I think if I were to look for another product, I would look for 100% cotton. That's what I wear the other 80% of my life when I'm not menstruating. I have a physical job and my meds make me extra sweaty so it's not great down there by the end of my shift. Haven't had any yeast infection flares up, though, so that's positive.
