No it isn't. I don't have a referral account
Edit: for further proof, here's an example of a referral link found in a website further down the sub:
Note how it ends in:
&tag=XXXXXX
that's what makes it a referral link. The "ref=" in my link is just a device used by amazon to track how the link was shared
A flat griddle like this is much better to sear indoors, and practically the same price.
I live in israel. We have indian communities but not near me. I bought a tawa but its a regular non stick and probably of low quality. I make naan, paratha and chapati and while my breads have the reputation of the best available Im not happy and want to raise the quality so am wondering if a better pan would be worth the expense. Someone on reddit suggested a cast iron pan from amazon which im considering Lodge Cast Iron Griddle, Round, 10.5 Inch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00008GKDN/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_R871A9DPN17J094DZC3Z?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 May i ask your opinion? Do you think either this or the pan you suggested would make a difference to my breads? Tia for your time
Cast iron pan. Esp. this one. https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B00008GKDN
It gets to high heat and if your dough is right, gets that char outside and the spongy inside.
Use oven mitts. The handle gets super hot.
