I assume you mean the EG-LP6-BK; the LP6 is a 17.3" while the G2RX is a 15.6" (assuming you are looking at the G2RX from Amazon).

One thing you should realize is the ODM is Tongfang, and sell under a variety of brand names and configurations for their respective partners. Here's a nice review of the EVOO and how it compares with a few other brands (Eluktronics excluded likely as they may not have equivalent machines - this year).

Any 'flaws' you may get will be regardless of the retail seller, as Tongfang is the manufacturer. So you take your chances on an EVOO, Eluktronics or a Schenker.

Per this short YouTube video from CES, for the specs (17.3" 144Hz display, 1TB SSD, RTX 2060) it should cost $2200 to $2500 and sells for $1100. Hard to beat the value, the sheer horsepower/dollar ratio.

I bought one recently and purchased the Walmart $88 3-year warranty, covering accidental damage too. Was pleased to find out that the warranty is fulfilled by SquareTrade.
