As a house-sitter, I'm often subject to either buying from Starbucks--greetings fellow blonde espresso addict--or using what my clients have at their house when they have an espresso maker. I've tried the following two blonde or lighter/breakfast roasts with some decent success. More on each with the link...

2) Wink Coffee Blonde Roast (https://www.amazon.com/Wink-Coffee-Colombian-Sustainable-Sourcing/dp/B079F9T318/ref=sr_1_2_sspa?keywords=blonde+roast+coffee+beans&qid=1680319783&s=grocery&sr=1-2-spons&psc=1&spLa=ZW5jcnlwdGVkUXVhbGlmaWVyPUExRzdQODlNN0VWOEVSJmVuY3J5cHRlZElkPUEwMjMzNDEzMk1XUTI4NEpXTU0xSyZlbmNyeXB0ZWRBZElkPUEwODUzMjg0MjFaMUg3UFlaVzg2TCZ3aWRnZXROYW1lPXNwX2F0ZiZhY3Rpb249Y2xpY2tSZWRpcmVjdCZkb05vdExvZ0NsaWNrPXRydWU=) , which was the better of the two in terms of matching the hint of fruitiness that Sbux Blonde Espresso offers.
