If you have space above the stove, you could install a ductless vent hood like this one:

If not, then you'll probably need a window fan with a really high CFM rating. Holmes doesn't rate their fans, which makes me suspect they don't move very much air.

is rated up to 3560 CFM, which is pretty good. And it's designed so that you can close the window it's installed in during bad weather.
