Anker makes a few great car chargers that have open ports.

Here Is a chart comparing charging speeds. At best the one you linked will charge at 7.5 W. If it’s not compatible with some special Qi thing that Apple does it will charge at 5 W.
The best budget charger is to use an iPad charger. Or look for a charger that can supply 12 W per port like this which can charge 2 devices quickly. You can use the cable in the box and it works fine. For cars anker also makes this which does the same.
I went with Anker also but not the QC 3.0, I went with this more basic charger. Doesn't break the bank and I can charge my phone and my wife's Iphone 7 without having to keep two chargers.
You do have to buy another USB-C cable but it's always a good idea to have more than one cable laying around anyway.
Get a better car charger, I highly recommend Anker, they output enough amperage to charge a phone that unbranded chargers usually don't. Their micro USB cables are great too.
